The Partners of Veterans Association of Australia Inc (P.V.A.) is very pleased that the government will be continuing to provide counselling through the VVCS for Children of Vietnam Veterans over the age of 36 years.
In 2001 the P.V.A. met with the then Minister for Veteran Affairs, Bruce Scott, and raised the point that there were a number of Vietnam Veteran's Children over 36 years of age needing help and support. The PVA were pleased that this situation was remedied shortly thereafter.
